Eco Approach carry out the energy assessment behind our 2030 Ready service: a survey of the property, then modelling to find the lowest-cost route to compliance.

We only name a firm here once they have agreed to it. For most specialist trades, what matters to you is their registration, so that is what we tell you about.
Drawings come from partner architects we work with repeatedly, and structural calculations from an engineer, shown as their own line on your quote. On design & build projects we brief and coordinate both, under one contract.
Design & build →Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and electrics by NICEIC-registered electricians, with certificates issued for building control. Those registrations are theirs, not ours.
What we hold ourselves →Staircases are made by specialist stair manufacturers to the survey and design we produce, then fitted and finished by our own carpenters.
Loft conversion stairs →Grant-funded measures such as heat pumps and solar have to be fitted by accredited installers. We bring them into your programme and deliver the fabric works ourselves.
Energy & retrofit →A partner’s accreditations and guarantees belong to them, and we say so wherever we mention them. What Wilson & Cole holds itself — our guarantee and our own memberships — is on the guarantee & accreditations page.
