Strictly necessary
These make the site work — remembering your cookie choice, keeping enquiry forms secure and preventing abuse. They set nothing that identifies you for marketing, and they cannot be switched off.
Our enquiry forms and the website assistant use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from spam bots. Google’s script only loads once you start filling in a form or typing a question. It may store information in your browser and send Google details about your device and how you are using the page, under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Analytics — only with your permission
These help us see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, so we can improve the site. No analytics cookies are set until you allow them.

Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays with all form fields masked, so anything you type into an enquiry form is never captured.
If you have allowed analytics and then send us an enquiry, we keep your browser’s anonymous Google Analytics ID with it. That lets us see which pages and adverts lead to real projects. Without your permission, no ID is kept.

These measure whether our advertising actually leads to enquiries, and let us avoid showing adverts to people who have already been in touch. Nothing here is set until you allow it.

How consent is handled
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you choose, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied, and none of our analytics or advertising tags loads until you allow its category. If you withdraw permission later, we clear the analytics and advertising cookies stored under this website’s address. Your choice is recorded in your browser along with the date and the version of this policy.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to change or withdraw your choices at any time. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings — doing so will not stop you browsing this site.
