Members and registered with

Gas and electrical work on our projects is carried out by Gas Safe and NICEIC registered trades, with certificates issued for building control.

The credentials behind the work.

Every one of these is verifiable with the body that issued it — which is the entire point of having them. Nothing appears here until it is formally confirmed.

FMB Member

Independently vetted and inspected. Federation of Master Builders membership is not bought — it is assessed.

SafeContractor accredited

Our health and safety is independently audited and re-assessed every year, to the SSIP standard main contractors check for.

Insurance-backed guarantee

Our workmanship guarantee is insurance-backed through the Independent Warranty Association.

Structural Timber Association

Members of the UK trade body for structural timber. Roofs, lofts and timber frames are carpentry, and carpentry is where we started.

Gas Safe

Every gas appliance on our sites is worked on by a Gas Safe registered engineer. It is the legal register — there is no alternative.

NICEIC

Electrical work certified by NICEIC-registered electricians, with certificates issued for building control.

SMSTS site management

CITB-accredited site management competence running every project, not just the big ones.

CSCS carded team

Every operative carries a card evidencing the training and qualifications for the work they do.

Subject to the Independent Warranty Association's terms and conditions. Not every element of a project is covered — the IWA sets out the cover in full. Visit the IWA.

Watch a home happen

Seven months. One team. No handovers.

This is a real Brislington new build from our project record — photographed at every stage, because a company asking you to trust it with a whole house should show its working.

Why Wilson & Cole

The promises our reviews keep repeating back to us.

On site at 8am

Site hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday — and we keep them. One review put it best: they would begin work at 8am without fail.

A detailed, itemised quote

Every line written down, so you can see what the steels cost and what the stairs cost. The price only changes if you agree the change first.

Your house, protected

Floors covered, dust managed, tools away and the site left clean every evening. Immaculate is the word our clients keep choosing.

News the same day

Old houses hold surprises. When one appears you hear it from us the same day — with options and honest numbers, not a bigger invoice later.

How it runs

Four moves, no mystery.

  1. 1

    The visit

We measure, look at the structure and listen to what the space needs to do.

  2. 2

    The quote

Detailed and itemised from a real survey — every line visible.

  3. 3

    The build

One team, an agreed sequence, and a working house every evening.

  4. 4

    The handover

Certificates, guarantee paperwork and a walk-round to snag anything.
