The guarantee
Insurance-backed workmanship protection, with your deposit protected too.
Our workmanship guarantee is insurance-backed through the Independent Warranty Association — Wilson & Cole Developments Ltd is an IWA member (membership no. WMQ.08.26). That backing means the protection stands behind our own promise on the work we hand over, and deposits are protected as part of the arrangement.
The IWA explains the protection in its own words — the clearest way to understand it is to read their Peace of Mind leaflet or visit them directly, and we would rather you did exactly that than take a builder's paraphrase for it.
The written guarantee document, with its full wording, is issued with your contract and handover pack.

Electrical work is carried out and certified by NICEIC-registered electricians, with certificates issued for building control.

Site Management Safety Training Scheme — CITB-accredited site management competence on every project we run.
CSCS carded team
Our team carry Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards evidencing training and qualifications for the work they do.
