• “We”, “us”, “our” — LOOM Brand Designs, operator of the website.
• “You” — any visitor to or user of the website.
• “Website” — wilsonandcoledevelopments.co.uk and all its pages and content.
• “Content” — all text, images, project photos, graphics and logos on the website.
• “Services” — the building, renovation, extension, loft-conversion and related services promoted on the site.

You may use the website for lawful, personal and legitimate business purposes — browsing our services, reading our guides and making genuine enquiries. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the website and its Content for these purposes; all other use needs our written permission.

• A contract for building works is formed only in a separate written agreement accepted by both parties, which governs that work (scope, price, timescales, payments and warranties) — those terms, not this website, apply to the work itself.

All Content on the website is owned by or licensed to Wilson & Cole Developments Ltd and LOOM Brand Designs and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Our names, logos and brands are trade marks. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but must not reproduce, republish or exploit any Content — including project photographs — without our prior written consent.

We take care to keep the website accurate and current, but make no warranty that the Content is complete or error-free.

The website may link to third-party sites for convenience. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t imply endorsement.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — those rights always apply in addition to these terms.
