You bring drawings and a programme; we deliver the below-ground package and hand over a clean, inspection-ready site at damp-proof course.
The package covers site strip and excavation, foundations to the engineer's design, below-ground drainage with connections, and the slab or beam-and-block floor — with muck-away, service ducts and external works as itemised options. Every inclusion is a written line, and inspection records are kept clean as we go.
We price from your drawings, flag design queries before they become variations, and keep you informed the way our reviews describe — good news and bad, the same day.
