Groundworks + Superstructure Packages
One team from dig to weathertight: the combined package removes the riskiest handover in construction — the one between the ground and everything that stands on it.
We continue from the slab upward: masonry to the engineer's and architect's drawings, floor structures, structural carpentry and the complete roof structure, felted and battened or fully tiled as the package requires. Because the team that poured the foundations is the team building off them, tolerance disputes disappear.
Our current proof is a new two-storey home in Brislington delivered exactly this way — winter groundworks, blockwork, roof carpentry, tiling — photographed at every stage in the project record.
